Clock running
Weight Reduction and brain power
I would like to reduce my weight from 76KG to 68KG in 3 months. I will walk 30 min every day and do 15 min indoor cycling. I will not drink sodas and suger. And I will do intermittant fasting. Cut carbs and consume meat protein and leady greens. 3 eggs in the morning and green tea. No sugery milky tea. — Imran · Mid · 30 min/day

Receipt photos are hidden by the owner; the markers still show that a receipt exists and which hand wrote it.
